Can you help me, please?



My wife is pregnant of a girl with karyotype:

47,XX,+der(4)t(4;8)(q21.1;p23.1)

     (Unbalanced translocation, derivative chromosome 4,

      'partial trisomy ' of chr 4 and chr 8)



The pregnancy is already "advanced".

Echographically the fetus is "perfect", as well as the fetal echocardiogram.



My wife's karyotype:  46,XX,t(4;8)(q21.1;p23.1)

(Balanced Translocation, inherited from Parent)





What should I possibly do, in order to know what we can expect!

* PROBABILITY OF BORN A NORMAL GIRL. etc.

* SIMILAR CASES IN THE WORLD



Who can help us? (We live in Europe).



We have been medically assisted for over 3 years to achieve this pregnancy.





Please, help me, or suggest me the way to be helped.
