Yes, those actually were his reasons.

This all came after his failed attempt to institute hate-speech filters and
his "editing" of his users posts. This "superior champion of privacy" used
to read and edit users posts to make sure they met his criteria for
political correctness.

Then came his admission that he was unaware that mixmaster was a server as
well as a client, and that he had no clue what a "partitioning attack" was,
despite having run a remailer for "...over 15 years"
(a blatant,bald-faced LIE).

So his remailer was cut off from the rest of the network, become the one
and only remailer in the history of the network to receive a Remailer Death
Penalty, or RDP. Shortly thereafter, he tried to sneak back in as "Bushwa".

He was busted. Then he came back with "greatwall", despite the fact that
remailer names are supposed to observe an 8 character limit.

So now he is back again, as Asmodeus, although he is still crippled by only
being listed by 8 remailers, and 2 pingers.

His "career" as a remop is studded with examples like the ones above.
If you can find them, you can check out posts about his monitoring
and filtering behavior on past remailers he has run.

The same message posted first through a remailer, then through your own
account.

In regard to the message IDs mentioned above, which are also mentioned on
the page www.aboutkenpangborn.com/altatheism.html.  To me this seems to
indicate that Kenny is guilty of the very offenses which he accuses others
of:  forging and harassing through the remailers. The message posted
through the remailer looks like it was a forgery of someone else in
another group, and the fact that Kenny a short while later sent the exact
same text
from his known address makes it indeed seem that he was the forger.  Could
I be interpreting this wrong?

If he indeed is the sender, then it would seem he is delibarately abusing
remailers so that he can have more ammunition in his arguments here in
APAS.  I am curious to know how others may interpret these facts.

stated it implies that he will not accept encrypted messages. Only plain
text:

Can anyone really feel safe using his re-mailer? I sure as hell don't.
Does he have any clue what he is doing? Do you want to trust your
confidential mail to him?

7 years running remailers; 30 years programming while also running a

BTW, twisty was concerned with altering the content of mail, not the issue
of permitting floods.

Agressive flood filters are in place. If you send too many messages
in too rapid succession to the same email address or newsgroup, some
of them may not make it. Sorry about that, but, the psychos have
been busy and I am sure you will understand the need to keep them
from disrupting newsgroups or preying on individuals
