Impossible to answer - it depends upon too many unknown factors. (Your ISP, your newsreader, your browser.....) You might try reporting it to the sender's ISP as "abuse", but unless the full headers provide it in recognizeable form, that may not be much help. (Did you REALLY have to cross post your inquiry to so many unrelated newsgroups?)
