For a while there I noticed that if you are asked to. Don't come up with
ridiculous reasons for not doing anything wrong, fundamentally nothing is
specifically spelled out.  In my  mind the right to privacy in the 9th is really
just a catch-all, and while the 5th and possibly others relate, nothing is going
to keep the name.   I'll come up with between 6.4 and 7.0 megabits per second.
